“Most of the development has a northerly aspect, but the entire site is elevated, so no matter what, you’re going to have a great view,” says Eimerl. 

“It’s also just metres from the playing fields’ state-of-the-art Taylor Adventure Playground, promising hours of entertainment for the kids, and it’s within walking distance of the local primary school.” 

The lifestyle is just as appealing for adults with the Mulligans Flat nature reserve on your back doorstep and Gungahlin’s array of brilliant bars and restaurants just minutes away.
