Molonglo Valley is Canberra’s newest district. While it’s still very much under development, many people already call its suburbs of Wright, Coombs and Denman Prospect their home.

The suburbs of Molonglo and Whitlam are still under construction, with the region expected to house 55,000 new residents over the next few decades.

Only 15 minutes away from Canberra’s CBD and surrounded by picturesque mountains and valleys, Molonglo Valley is a place worth considering as your next neighbourhood if convenient contemporary living appeals to you.

See and do

Needless to say, the National Arboretum is one of Canberra’s top tourist attractions. Created as a result of the 2003 Canberra bushfires, it has more than 44,000 rare and endangered trees across a 250-hectare site.
