Valerie in Dickson is on track to be delivered in September this year.

Sitting pretty in Dickson, on leafy and ever-so-peaceful Stockdale Street, is a block that was once home to a lovely local lady.

Today, the spot is being given new life, with preparations underway for a four-home boutique development named Valerie.

Valerie will consist of four three-bedroom, two-bathroom, two-car townhouses that are architect-designed and developed and built by Shaw Building Group.

Valerie’s location is a highly sought-after pocket of the Inner North, in a fully established area that’s within walking distance of the soon-to-be upgraded Dickson shops, the light rail, and a short drive to Mount Majura for all the nature buffs.
