Of the Taylor area, Page says Northedge Villas is well-placed in a suburb designed to suit a range of lifestyles.

“There is a lot of new infrastructure going into Taylor. Taylor School is just across the road behind the green space, and there is a new high school being built. The new Moncrieff Shopping Centre is being built only 50 metres away, so there is easy access to everything you need right there,” he says.

Northedge Villas are slated for completion in September 2022, and are eligible for the HomeBuilder grant if you get in before March 31.
