The perfect home, brand new and built for you. And you didn’t have to do a thing.
It’s a dream made real thanks to Seidler & Seto. A project comprised of 18 homes, which – unlike your typical off-the-plan development – are separate title, full-scale houses.
“These homes should not be confused with townhouses,” says agent Paul Corazza of Independent Project Marketing.
“The collection sees options of three, four and five bedroom properties in a combination of floor plans across two storeys.”
“One of the properties even has the capacity to have a separate studio, located above to garage for someone to run a home business or simply have another breakaway zone. You make your way up the stairs to a private room with a bathroom and kitchenette, to use as you see fit,” he adds.
The homes, developed by KG Capitol and built by Ion Build, are well considered from the inside out and have a focus on truly liveable spaces. Boutique in scale, each residence employs a contemporary approach to living, promising comfort and an exceptional lifestyle.
Across Harry Seidler Crescent and Janice Seto Street in Taylor, two homes are situated in two lots of nine residences in a row.
Given the fame of Austrian-Australian architect Harry Seidler, the team wanted to pay homage to his work and ensure the project maintained strong architectural flair.
“One of my favourite elements is the way the buildings look from the street,” says Corazza.
“But the architectural features flow from the outside to the inside, ensuring the homes have all the niceties like high ceilings, butler’s pantries, double-glazing and big beautiful baths and showers, alongside premium finishes.”
“These are what we call turn key homes, where absolutely everything is done for you. The landscaping, timber flooring, pendant lighting, window furnishings – everything that might normally add cost to development is already included here. When you walk in, they are ready to live in,” he says.
Architects Turco and Associates brought a sense of energy, youth and freshness to the project, while interior designers N.WE Interior Design were inspired by Seidler & Seto’s location and the concept of new beginnings.
The homes are liveable and efficient, with unambiguous, open floor plans. Beautiful spaces balance modern design with functional layouts that maximise natural light flow and ventilation.
The interior design approach focuses on a style that is contemporary, timeless and refined. Bringing together materials that are inspired by a connection to place and environment, there are three colour schemes on offer, all of which have a minimal approach.
Located in Taylor, Seidler & Seto is surrounded by a natural landscape that is reflected inside the homes. But the creek, trees and general lay of the land also draw you outside and conjure a relaxed outdoor lifestyle, enhanced by the parks, cycling paths, playgrounds and playing fields seen across the suburb.
“The homes located on Harry Seidler Street in the particular face out the nature reserve and maintain a really romantic rural setting,” says Corazza.
Completion is expected 10 months from now.
