Boutique developments have a certain “je ne sais quoi”  about them. Perhaps it’s the small community feel of a place where you get to know your neighbours by name. The homes also come with a solar panel system – a requirement of Strathnairn’s sustainable six-star Green Star community. 

“The courtyards are sizeable in nature with enough space for young kids to run around, to entertain friends and family, or to potter around in a small but manageable garden if you wish to have one,” says Peaker.

Construction is due to start in the middle of this year, with completion expected by late 2022-early 2023.
