14 Weld Street, Yarralumla is available to rent for $2200 a week.

As summer comes to an end, so too does the annual rush of demand for rental properties from students, graduates and teachers looking to relocate to the ACT – but that doesn’t mean the quality of properties on offer coming into autumn is any less.

If, when you think rental, you think of a share-house with a leaking roof, think again. Here are eight of the most expensive (and stunning!) rental properties available in Canberra at the moment.

Luxury finishes and an open-plan layout are just some of the features that will appeal to renters at 16 Hobart Avenue. An entertainer’s delight, the five-bedroom home not only has a pool with an attached deck but also a spacious outdoor patio and modern kitchen nearby.
