‘There isn’t anything like this’: Luxurious South Coast villas hit the market

“There isn’t anything like this on the South Coast, it’s luxury, contemporary, and the location on the beach and the golf course draw a lot of people in,” said selling agent Nick Dale of Belle Property Berry.

Dale added most of the interest has come from buyers from Sydney, the Southern Highlands  and Canberra.

“There has been a fix of motivation ー mainly because buyers are recognising how good it can be as an investment, but can use it themselves as a bonus,” he said. 

The two available villas are the last remaining from the original developer.
