Buying a house is an exciting – and stressful – period in anyone’s life, but there is some glimmer of hope as Canberra’s housing market has experienced a slight decline in its median house price.

The latest Domain House Price Report reveals the city’s median house price in the March quarter was $1,047,112, down 2.5 per cent from the previous quarter and 8.4 per cent year-on-year.
