According to the latest Domain House Price Report, Canberra’s median price for houses was $779,050, a 4.4 per cent increase year-on-year.
While you can fetch a spacious four-bedroom house on a bigger block of land for less than that price in Queanbeyan, in Canberra’s Inner South houses under the median are a rare find.
