“The property offers an exceptional opportunity for investment or owner occupation, with a monthly lease to the Church of Scientology providing short term income while future plans are contemplated,” the listing says.

Agents Jed Harley and Sam Alexander are looking after the commercial listing. The agents have been approached regarding price hopes.

Adelaide is thriving on the back of a strong residential property market. It was the sleeper standout of the market to end 2023.

The city’s house price growth has lost some steam, slowing down, but still lifted to a new record. Unit prices also slowed, but still struck an all-time high.
