When Wendy Rose and Matt Ginn bought this Chisholm house 13 years ago, cathedral ceilings, an abundance of light and a practical floor plan were among the draw cards.

But it’s their renovations that have brought the home to life.

“It was an unloved property before we bought it, but we put a lot of effort into making it a lovely place to live,” Wendy says.

It’s now time for the couple to downsize, so the home is awaiting new owners who will love it just as much.

“We’ve encouraged birds and wildlife to the area, we have a water bath they like to bathe in,” Wendy says.
