The couple’s divorce house has been relisted by the current owner after a major revamp.
When Chris Pratt and Anna Faris sold the home in 2020 following their highly-publicised divorce, the property sold for $4.75 million.
Now, just four short years later, the same house is back on the market for $2.75 million more.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom residence has been extensively renovated in line with the tastes of seller Brett Mahoney, a TV producer known for CSI: Miami and The Following.
“Almost everything you see in terms of aesthetics is new,” agent Billy Rose of The Agency told Mansion Global.
“He’s opened up a lot of spaces. It’s all new cabinetry, flooring, lighting, doors, windows, fixtures, countertops – it’s an extensive reworking of what was a very good house to begin with.”
The property used to have a tennis court on the grounds, but it has since been demolished to make way for an accessory dwelling unit.
“It makes the property feel even bigger because there’s this other structure that will open up to this incredible garden and plays with the outdoor area,” said Rose.
Located in the foothills of the Hollywood Hills, the home is within moments of popular hiking trails in Runyon Canyon Park – a favoured leisure destination for celebrities.
Pratt and Faris still live in the surrounding area, the result of a clause in their divorce agreement to stay living within five miles of each other until their son, Jack Pratt, finished sixth grade.
