The wave of new developments in Dickson is not slowing down, with Mascot Projects announcing 16 new apartments at Zenith.

In recent weeks, the inner north suburb has welcomed Haus Lane and Mulberry

Set in a quiet loop street in the heart of the Inner North, Zenith Apartments is a boutique, low-rise development that offers an array of floor plans and impressive inclusions.

Form and functionality is key at Zenith, brought to life by local developer Mascot Projects and Oztal Architects.

Its 16 apartments boast luxe kitchens with gas cooking and powerful, externally ducted range hoods; basement parking with lift access; generous indoor and outdoor living areas; and options for double glazing and timber flooring – these are among the long list of quality features.

Its central location means that Zenith enjoys easy walking access to the bustling Dickson shops that are famous for some of the city’s best Asian restaurants, while Braddon and the CBD are only a short bus trip or Uber away. With the light rail on the horizon, the Wakefield Avenue stop (about 300 metres away) will be the closest tram station, and there is a future tram stop whispered to be even closer that would bring the walk to about 50 metres. The completion of the Zenith Apartments aligns perfectly to the arrival of the rail.

“Convenience was a goal of the development,” Mascot Projects director Denis Vidovic says.

“Zenith is conveniently situated in a quiet and protected tree-lined street that is only one street off Northbourne Avenue and the light rail.”

The range of floor plans have been designed to suit varying lifestyles and budgets. Options include one, one plus study, two, and three-bedroom apartments, all with generous courtyards or balconies.

“Usually most apartment developments don’t have much outdoor space, but we have created this for our three-bedroom apartments on the ground level, so a younger family can enjoy the joys of a backyard,” Vidovic says.

“The backyards are also of a decent size, with one apartment’s yard at 120 square metres. That’s quite unique.”

With construction well under way, completion is planned for early 2019.
