Elle Macpherson is hoping her Miami mansion will finally sashay off the market.
The Australian supermodel first listed the Normandy-style home in April 2022 for $US29 million ($AU43 million), slashing the price to $US27 million ($AU40 million) in December 2022.
It was then dropped to $US22 million ($AU33 million) in March 2023.
After removing the listing, the six-bedroom, six-bathroom property at 9550 Journeys End Road in Coral Gables, Florida, is now back on the market at the same price.
Records show Macpherson purchased the sprawling abode in 2018 for $US8.1 million ($AU12 million).
Listed by Lourdes Alatriste and Pablo Alfaro of Douglas Elliman, the property is on just under two acres and is part of the exclusive gated community of Journeys End Estates.
As stated on the listing, the 1989-built property was “completely renovated” in 2017.
Macpherson previously told Architectural Digest that she originally had her sights set on a mid-century home and “something very Miami”, but settled on the Normandy-style.
Normandy homes are a romanticised version of a traditional French farmhouse and are known for their massive proportions and stone, brick or stucco detail.
Macpherson’s home features a grand doorway, French doors and lattice windows. Soaring ceilings give the illusion of never-ending space, and the crisp white palette is contrasted with bold pops of colour.
The all-white chef’s kitchen is a standout property detail, along with the large saltwater pool and private dock. Tennis courts are also available for residents of the gated community.
Macpherson, who shares sons Flynn, 26, and Cy, 21, with her ex-partner, Arpad Busson, also told Architectural Digest that her sons requested “something cool and modern but not too contrived”.
The interiors meet this aesthetic with walls featuring artwork by the likes of Damien Hirst, John Wesley and Andy Warhol.
Macpherson is an iconic supermodel of the 1980s and 1990s. After five Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue covers, she was nicknamed ‘The Body’ by Time Magazine in 1989.
She is now a wellness entrepreneur and co-founded supplement brand WelleCo with Andrea Horwood.
