Four years since the first stage of JWLand’s iconic flagship precinct Campbell 5 began, it has released its fifth and final stage.
The Parade is a $210 million development consisting of 242 apartments which provide modern urban living in a tranquil suburban setting. It’s also the very last opportunity to buy off the plan in the precinct.
The Parade takes its name from Anzac Parade, a stylish and iconic landmark in Canberra, and is a celebration of the best design and innovation across Australia.
Featuring one, two, three and four-bedroom plans, each apartment has been designed around an indoor-outdoor lifestyle that relishes in the stunning native surrounds and Campbell’s all-encompassing amenity.
“Campbell 5 was inspired by architecturally renowned cities around the world including Paris, New York, Copenhagen and Siena,” says JWLand’s head of development Michael Prendergast.
“But for this final stage, we’ve returned home to showcase the best Australia has to offer. The Australian climate and natural environment make us the envy of the world.
“So, we see this fifth site as a celebration, or a ‘parade’ if you will, providing an iconic arrival home.”
The Parade was influenced by modern Australia, with clean lines, contemporary finishes and plenty of light. Even the materials used throughout the development, such as engineered Spotted Gum flooring, infuse a distinctive native feel.
Inside, there are plenty of expansive windows that make way for sunlit spaces, gourmet kitchens, generous bedrooms and well thought-out storage spots. Sleek benchtops and state-of-the-art Smeg appliances provide an easy-to-maintain lifestyle.
Spacious balconies will entice residents to enjoy an outdoors lifestyle, giving them a place to entertain guests or merely relax and soak up the great Australian sun (along with a good coating of SPF 50 sunscreen, of course).
The Parade also includes a rooftop garden, a shared kitchen and dining area, and a cosmopolitan space for a mix of cafes, restaurants and retail.
“We wanted a development that would appeal to many different people and the variety of floor plans means there really is something to suit almost every buyer,” Prendergast says.
“To date, each of the four previous stages at Campbell 5 have seen significant uptake from owner-occupiers.
“From the outstanding sales results we have achieved so far, this trend seems to be continuing through The Parade. We’re seeing a raft of downsizers and young professionals who want to live on the fringe of the CBD,” he adds.
The Parade is located between Mount Ainslie, Lake Burley Griffin and the CBD, meeting all living, working and playing needs. With Hassett Park literally on the building’s doorstep, residents will be able to enjoy open green space, bike paths, play and recreation areas.
Construction will commence in the next few months with the building expected to be completed in two years.
