$210 million development released as final stage of Campbell 5

Four years since the first stage of JWLand’s iconic flagship precinct Campbell 5 began, it has released its fifth and final stage.

The Parade is a $210 million development consisting of 242 apartments which provide modern urban living in a tranquil suburban setting. It’s also the very last opportunity to buy off the plan in the precinct.

The Parade takes its name from Anzac Parade, a stylish and iconic landmark in Canberra, and is a celebration of the best design and innovation across Australia.

“Campbell 5 was inspired by architecturally renowned cities around the world including Paris, New York, Copenhagen and Siena,” says JWLand’s head of development Michael Prendergast.

“So, we see this fifth site as a celebration, or a ‘parade’ if you will, providing an iconic arrival home.”
