Out in Logan more land is available than the inner city so sprawling mansions and estates make the best use of the extra room, for a discounted price.

29 Lynette Way, Daisy Hill

The European castle-inspired home on Daisy Hill is one of the suburb’s premier addresses, purpose built by a construction industry professional. Selling agent Rachel Savic said 29 Lynette Way wowed buyers before they even set foot on the property.

“There’s European influences, luxury finishes. There’s so much quality all round,” she said. “The street presence is incredible. This house is a palace.”

There’s custom-designed fitting all through the house and more than one bathroom is decked out entirely in marble. Ms Savic said showing the house to potential buyers was a huge task.

“We just had a two-hour inspection, I’ve never had a two-hour inspection before,” she said. “There’s so much to see, it’s so rich. It’s like dark chocolate.”
