Video is a powerful tool in a real estate agent’s marketing arsenal, and sometimes, they go all out – and let it all hang out.

Here are five adverts that you almost won’t believe are actually for property.

They’ll be no Palme d’Ors or Oscars awarded for these flicks, but the agents have succeeded in getting your attention.

And a warning, nudity and some content might offend .. .or make you so excited that you accidentally buy a house.

1. Ooh la la – a glimpse of a bottom as a buxom model showers, smokes and sashays around the house in a crop top. This is the noir marketing video for a Surfers Paradise property owned by filmmaker Jo Erskine.

2. He drapes his shirt over her naked body as she sleeps. Who is he? Who is she? Bathroom shot. Bicep shot. Kitchen. Biceps. Shouldn’t he put some pants on before he goes near that boiling kettle? So many questions. Then the real estate agent appears and it suddenly all makes sense. Sort of.

3. A Bond Girl sweats and struggles, tied to a chair, as a swat team bursts through the door, sweeping each room. Some ladies in lingerie are getting acquainted on the balcony. What’s this got to do with selling a home? Who knows. But you watched, didn’t you?

4. “I’m Reilly LePage, and you want to buy this condo. Call me.” Please pass me the phone.

5. We start in a shower, again, as a couple discuss how much they love their new house. Then a threesome turn up in a Bentley. They make pizza in bikinis and cuddle in the kitchen. An agent creeps around as they try to enjoy what seems to be some sort of swingers party.
