Imagine spending summer at this swish estate. We can enviously report that a buyer with deep pockets will be.

One Victoria’s’ finest waterfront properties, atop cliffs at Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula, is understood to be have been sold by businessman Andrew Kroger.

The brother of Liberal powerbroker Michael Kroger found a buyer for Boyd’s Point prior to a private auction scheduled last Sunday.

Pre-auction price guides put the Hampton’s-style home designed by Stephen Akehurst – with absolute ocean frontage – at $11 million-plus.

Agent Prue McLaughlin from Kay & Burton declined to confirm a transaction or comment on any aspect of the listing.

McLaughlin is understood to have also recently chalked up another Flinders sale, this time off-market, of around $9 million.

In October, Michael Kroger found a buyer for his stately Prahran home, which had passed in at $3.3 million at an August auction.
