NRL star Paul “The Chief” Harragon is offloading another of his Brisbane investment properties as he reshuffles his portfolio.

The former Newcastle Knights captain and Footy Show host turned savvy property investor has listed a unit at 303/9-15 Regina Street, Greenslopes, which he’s selling new and unfurnished for high $400,000s.

The former rugby league prop, NIB spruiker and I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here! runner-up unveiled his plans to move into property development and investment circles a few months ago.

He’s listed as the managing director of Boss Private Capital, an outfit with six property developments with a reported value of $177 million.

Among the property developments, Harragon is seeking investor support for a 240-bed rehabilitation facility on the Gold Coast, a luxury townhouse development in Melbourne and a DA-approved 28-townhouse development in Newcastle.

Whether his movement in the Brisbane property market is anything to do with Boss Capital or not, this is the second unit in this development Harragon will sell in as many months.

Ray White Stones Corner agent Melinda Allamby confirmed she has already sold one on behalf of Harragon recently.

“These apartments are located in the heart of Stones Corner and only four kilometres from the Brisbane CBD,” she says.

“[They] certainly tick all the right boxes. They are brand new and tastefully finished throughout with state of the art appliances and fittings.”

Harragon’s unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with stone benchtops and gloss cabinetry and an open plan dining and living area that flows out to a balcony.
