Indian Creek Island in Miami, Florida is one of the most exclusive celebrity enclaves in the world.
Ivanka Trump, Carl Icahn and David Guetta are among the uber-wealthy residents who call the island home.
Now, a 1.84-acre plot of land on Indian Creek Island has hit the market for $US200 million ($AU322 million).
Only cash buyers will be considered for the property.
The block is slap-bang next door to Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon, and the second-richest person on the planet after Elon Musk.
According to Forbes, Bezos has a net worth of over $US251 billion.
The Amazon mogul owns three houses on Indian Creek Island – numbers 11, 12 and 28.
In total, Bezos spent over a quarter of a billion dollars purchasing the three Miami properties.
The land parcel next door to Bezos touts itself as a rare opportunity to build a luxury home on “Miami’s most exclusive island”.
It comes with 60 metres of private water frontage onto Biscayne Bay, with distant views of the Miami city skyline.
According to listing broker Ilya Reznik, there is enough space to build a deep-water dock for a 54-metre megayacht.
“It’s a perfect spot to build your dream home,” she tells the New York Post.
She states that the sellers originally bought the land for $US27.5 million ($AU44.2 million) in 2018.
“They were originally planning to build, but then plans changed and they decided to sell,” she says.
