For sale, some work required: Bedrock City, Arizona

If you’ve ever wanted to own your own Flintstones Village, here’s your chance: a replica of the Flintstones’ Bedrock City in Williams, Arizona is on the market for US$2 million ($2.6 million).

The theme park includes a camp ground, volcano train ride, themed diner, brontosaurus slide and convenience store. It’s about half an hour south of the Grand Canyon. 

The park also featured on an episode of the reality series Kendra, and recently on the youTube travel series HeyUSA.

Potential issues include renegotiating the licensing agreement with Hanna Barbera as it does not transfer over with the sale, and updating and repairing some of the buildings as the property is over 40 years old.
