Would you rather relax in palatial digs in Beaumont, or live it up Hamptons-style on a riverfront in Applecross?

Despite their unique qualities, this week’s prestige property picks have a killer location, luxury features and a sky-high price guide in common.

Beaumont

In Adelaide’s eastern suburbs, this home was a two-year project by the owners.

The architect-designed property is for “those who like to live their life in luxury with views and openness,” says Ouwens Casserly agent Nathan Casserly.

An indoor heated lap pool and the adjacent living and dining area are standouts. Meanwhile a four-person glass-surround lift makes moving within the house a breeze.

Casserly is remaining tight-lipped on the price guide.

There’s a marble and Miele kitchen stepping down to a living room overlooking a wet-edge swimming pool and opening onto a large terrace.

LJ Hooker Palm Beach agent Peter Robinson has scheduled the auction for November 1.

Expect to pay between $4.9 million and $5.1 million.
