Gisele Bündchen is understood to have purchased a modest home in Miami in the months leading up to her divorce from Tom Brady.
The Brazilian model, who confirmed her divorce from the football quarterback via her Instagram on Friday after reports, is said to have bought an Art Deco-style home in February for a cool $US1.25 million ($1.94 million), according to the New York Post.
Gisele also reportedly submitted documents to renovate the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home that’s not far from the beach.
Listed through One Sotheby’s International Realty and on Zillow, the humble cottage was built in 1940 and has since undergone a renovation.
An open-plan living space contains a contemporary kitchen with a marble island, breakfast bar and top-tier appliances, that flows on to the dining and lounge areas.
One of the bathrooms contains sleek white tiles, gold tapware, a generously sized shower as well as double vanity units.
Interiors take on a neutral colour palette with whitewashed walls and timber floorboards.
There’s also a charming rear garden and terrace should Gisele wish to entertain.
Gisele, 42, and Tom, 45, both took to their respective Instagram Stories on Friday to confirm that they have finalised their divorce after rumours of tension in their marriage.
Page Six previously reported that the couple were in the final stages of a divorce following an argument a number of months ago.
Tom revealed they finalised the divorce in “recent days” and that they came to the decision “amicably”.
Gisele added that she and Tom are committed to co-parenting their children. The couple wed in 2009 and share two children, son Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivian, nine.
The legendary sports star also shares son John, 15, from his previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
