Gisele Bündchen is understood to have purchased a waterfront Florida mansion in October, the same month she confirmed her divorce from Tom Brady after reports.
According to Page Six, the Brazilian supermodel settled on a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property in Surfside for a cool $US11.5 million ($17.3 million).
The abode is directly opposite ex-husband Tom’s mansion on Indian Creek Island that’s under construction.
Gisele’s new home features an angular roof and a sleek white exterior, with the standout design element being the outdoor pool and terrace area.
No interior shots of the property are available online, however according to Realtor, there are multiple living spaces, terraces, a home theatre, gym and office.
This is not the first Florida real estate purchase for Gisele, with the model having bought another home, this time an Art Deco-style abode in February, for a cool $US1.25 million ($1.89 million), according to the New York Post.
Gisele also reportedly submitted documents to renovate the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home that’s not far from the beach.
Listed through One Sotheby’s International Realty and on Zillow, the humble cottage was built in 1940 and has since undergone a renovation.
An open-plan living space contains a contemporary kitchen with a marble island, breakfast bar and top-tier appliances, that flows on to the dining and lounge areas.
One of the bathrooms contains sleek white tiles, gold tapware, a generously sized shower as well as double vanity units.
Interiors take on a neutral colour palette with whitewashed walls and timber floorboards.
There’s also a charming rear garden and terrace should Gisele wish to entertain.
Gisele, 42, and Tom, 45, both took to their respective Instagram Stories last month to confirm that they have finalised their divorce after rumours of tension in their marriage.
Page Six previously reported that the couple were in the final stages of a divorce following an argument a number of months ago.
Tom revealed they finalised the divorce in “recent days” and that they came to the decision “amicably”.
Gisele added that she and Tom are committed to co-parenting their children. The couple wed in 2009 and share two children, son Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivian, nine.
The legendary sports star also shares son John, 15, from his previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
