Campbell 5 has been one of the most successful mixed-use developments close to the city.

It’s got a great mix of quality residential developments, a balance of commercial offerings and plenty of extra foot traffic from nearby office buildings on Constitution Avenue.

All of these are compelling reasons why new C5 commercial tenancies – such as this ground floor space in the popular Siena development – don’t stay vacant for very long.

Unit 9 has a corner location with windows on both sides drawing in an abundance of natural light. Inside, it has maximised its 109 square metres of floor space with a versatile mezzanine level. There’s also a basement car bay included in the sale or lease.

Nathan Dunn of Knight Frank Canberra says the unit has a wide purpose clause that could suit a variety of businesses.

“It would appeal to a range of professional services like an architectural practice, perhaps a business consultancy,” he says.

“Equally, it could also suit businesses focused on personal services – like hairdressing – or specialty retail.”

Dunn says while a lease is on offer, the owner would also consider an offer to buy.

For out-of-town interest, C5 is ideally located just two kilometres from the Canberra CBD and perfectly positioned between scenic Lake Burley Griffin and Mount Ainslie.
