Daniel Radcliffe has pocketed a cool $US5.3 million ($8.3 million) in a real estate deal.
According to records obtained by the New York Post, the Harry Potter star, 33, sold his New York City condominium in the trendy West Village.
It comes just a month after Daniel sold his $2 million-plus Melbourne apartment in the upmarket suburb of Toorak, which he used as a base while filming in Australia.
Records show the stylish pad in NYC, with a state-of-the-art steam shower, was bought in 2004 for $1.9 million by the actor’s mother Marcia Gresham, and then transferred into her son’s name just before his 18th birthday in 2007.
Daniel’s latest property win, located at One Morton Square in the West Village, was listed through Jane Greenberg of Avenue 8 with an asking price of $US5.65 million ($8.9 million).
The actor reportedly purchased the luxurious abode for $US4.9 million ($7.7 million) in 2008.
Containing three bedrooms and four bathrooms, the condo offers incredible Hudson River views through the living area’s floor-to-ceiling windows.
There is also a chef’s kitchen with top-tier appliances as well as double breakfast bars. However, a standout feature is by far the two steam showers.
What is a steam shower, you may ask? A steam shower uses a steam generator to disperse water vapor, instead of using hot water.
The building also offers state-of-the-art facilities such as a fitness centre and bike room.
