Harry Styles has reportedly purchased a $US8.71 million ($11.855 million) condo in the trendy New York City neighbourhood of Tribeca.

The 278 square metre apartment includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms and has numerous rustic design features including exposed beams and aged brass.

However, the One Direction star isn’t the only famous face to show interest in what Curbed described as a “paparazzi-proof” building. Other reported residents of the star-studded building include Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lawrence, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively.

The former bookbindery building, which was constructed in the late 1800’s, was converted into 53 chic apartments by CetraRuddy Architects with prices ranging from $5.2 million for a two-bedroom condo to $7.33 million for a five-bedroom penthouse.

Some of the buildings other luxurious amenities include a 24-hour doorman and concierge, a 6.5 square metre indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre with private fitness studio and a 465 square metre landscaped roof terrace.

No word yet on when Styles is planning on moving-in to his NYC bachelor pad, but we can expect that he will spend a lot of time there as he embarks on his first solo US tour.

With three bedrooms spread across 278 square metres, Styles' new apartment is more than big enough for his One Direction mates to come and visit.
