Hollywood A-listers Ashton Kutcher and wife Mila Kunis are moving on from their three-storey mansion in Beverly Hills, listing the stately home with price hopes of $US13.995 million ($21 million).
The East Coast traditional-style abode, built in 1999, is in the gated community of Hidden Valley in an exclusive neighbourhood known as Beverly Hills Post Office.
The lucky buyer will be in good company with a who’s who of Hollywood (think Jennifer Lawrence, Katy Perry, Cameron Diaz and Penelope Cruz) all calling the enclave home.
The stylish 683-square-metre home looks like something from a fairytale and boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms and rich oak flooring throughout the formal and informal living and dining spaces at ground level. The well-appointed kitchen features a built-in banquette and breakfast nook.
