It’s always a bit of fun to take a peek inside the homes of our favourite celebrities and imagine how the other half lives.

Hollywood A-listers Ashton Kutcher and wife Mila Kunis are moving on from their three-storey mansion in Beverly Hills, listing the stately home with price hopes of $US13.995 million ($21 million).

The East Coast traditional-style abode, built in 1999, is in the gated community of Hidden Valley in an exclusive neighbourhood known as Beverly Hills Post Office.

The lucky buyer will be in good company with a who’s who of Hollywood (think Jennifer Lawrence, Katy Perry, Cameron Diaz and Penelope Cruz) all calling the enclave home.

The stylish 683-square-metre home looks like something from a fairytale and boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms and rich oak flooring throughout the formal and informal living and dining spaces at ground level. The well-appointed kitchen features a built-in banquette and breakfast nook.

The main bedroom is a sanctuary with its bay windows overlooking the lush backyard, and a free-standing bath taking in more of that green outlook.

Four other bedrooms on the top floor each have an en suite and walk-in wardrobes, and an additional guest bedroom is at the lower level.

Also on this lower level are all the mod-cons a celebrity could need, including a temperature-controlled wine room for hundreds of bottles of the finest drops, a sauna and spacious gym.

A covered outdoor entertaining area leads to the verdant landscaped gardens, pool and spa.

The pair first met as teens while filming the US television sitcom That ’70s Show  in 1998, where they played on-screen couple Jackie Burkhart and Michael Kelso.

After significant relationships with Demi Moore and Macaulay Culkin, and in true Hollywood love story-style, the pair reconnected in 2012 and purchased this property together in 2014 for $US10 million. The couple are now married with two children, Wyatt and Dimitri.

Luxury real estate agency Hilton & Hyland is managing the sale.
