It might look like a standard hall conversion from the outside, but on the inside...

It might look like a run-of-the-mill brown brick building from the outside, but this converted village hall and youth club in the little English village of Terrington St Clement comes with a little something extra.

It’s not a tennis court, jacuzzi, walk-in wardrobe or butler’s pantry – but at £200,000 ($334,000), you might not expect some of the more top-end additions, anyway.

No – the former hall section at the front of the property has been converted into a skate bowl.

It’s not the first house to come with something to encourage your budding Lords of Dogtown – the Pas House, in Paris, also springs to mind, as does the Minnesota house build for three skateboard-enthusiast brothers by their loving parents.

And as the listing suggests, a potential buyer might prefer to use the generous space for further development, taking advantage of the proximity to the village’s post office, shops and pub.

But if not, not only do you get quite the conversation piece and the opportunity to brush up on your drop-ins and flips, but also there’s also three bedrooms and a ‘modern kitchen and bathroom’ in the converted living area at the back of the property.

Terrington St Clement is close to the Norfolk town of King’s Linn and close to the eastern English coast – a two-and-a-half drive north of London.
