The three-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 194 Little West Street in Mount Isa, Queensland, sold on May 16 for $230,000, as stated on the listing.
Rachael Wilson of City and Country Realty, describes the property on the listing as an entertainer’s pad with a newly-painted, in-ground pool and barbecue area.
Although there aren’t enough sales over the past 12 months for Domain to obtain a median house price for the suburb in outback Queensland, the $230,000 figure is a speck of the nation’s median house price. Medians are obtained from Domain’s House Price Report for the March 2024 quarter.
Also in Mount Isa, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom property at 5 Short Street sold on May 27 for $320,000, as stated on the listing.

Boulder is a suburb of Kalgoorlie, 597km east of Perth. The median house price is $285,000.

In the Townsville suburb of Deeragun, the three-bedroom, one-bathroom property at 34 Louis Street sold on May 27 for $440,000, the listing shows. The median house price for Deeragun is $376,250.
