Houses in NSW that cost less than $300,000

Sick of having your property ambitions crushed? There is hope – maybe just not in Sydney. 

And while you can get quite a lot in the fixer-upper category for less than $200,000 in Hobart, you might prefer something you can drive to. Even if it’s a long drive. 

So if you’re looking for a place with a bit of personality on a limited budget one of these properties might be for you.
