Ever wondered what Santa Claus’ house would be worth? Or even what it looks like? Well, Zillow – an American real estate portal – has the exclusive listing.

Santa lives in a cosy 194 square metre log cabin in the North Pole, nestled between Holly Jolly Highway and Jingle Bell Boulevard, and surrounded by 10 hectares of idyllic snow-covered winter wonderland, according to the listing.

Initially built in 1822, the property has two bedrooms, a hot cocoa bar, a guest room recently converted into a gift-wrapping room, a garage with sleigh parking, a mailroom to read letters, easy access to the toy shop and a reindeer stable.

The Claus residence is full of all the holiday staples, sporting the classic red, green and white colour scheme while decorated with greenery, poinsettias, fairy lights, and framed elf photographs.

According to the listing, the house is “a cozy storybook abode brimming with warmth and charm” and it’s also elf-accessible, with a special toy shop door.
