Janet Jackson wants $12.5 million for her longtime NYC apartment

Celebrated singer-songwriter Janet Jackson has listed her longtime NYC home for sale with a bold USD $8.995 million ($12.5 million) asking price.

Located opposite Manhattan’s world-famous Central Park, Jackson’s stunning abode is spread over nearly 200-square-metres of internal living space on the 34 floor of the desirable One Central Park West condominium complex.

Boasting three bedrooms, the arresting digs benefit from several grand features not normally attributable to apartment living.
