In what will probably come as a surprise to no one, the New Mexico ranch where Jeffrey Epstein allegedly trafficked several women is still on the market after five months.
Priced at $US27.5 million ($38.4 million), Zorro Ranch hit the market back in July but was unable to find a buyer and, according to the New York Post, still has no offers.
Located in Stanley, south of Santa Fe, the compound is where several women allege Epstein sexually abused them.
Earlier this year, Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse sold for a whopping $US51 million. His Palm Beach, Florida compound sold for $US18.5 million and the new owner has reportedly demolished the waterfront home to build a new property.
His New Mexico ranch is where several women have alleged he sexually abused them.
According to the listing, the ranch has a grand three-story, four-bedroom main house, and a nearby caretaker’s residence.
There are additional structures, including a grass airstrip and hanger that are also part of the ranch. Amenities include the stables, firehouse and a yurt.
“The proceeds from the sale are expected to be used for the estate’s regular administration, including its payment as necessary of taxes, creditors and claimants,” Daniel H. Weiner, who represents Epstein’s estate, told The Post.
“Now that COVID-19 travel restrictions have begun to ease, this unique property should be more easily accessible to a greater number of potential purchasers.”
Neil Lyon of Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
