The LA party home of singer, songwriter, actor and Jonas Brother Joe Jonas and his Game of Thrones actress wife Sophie Turner has sold for a massive $US15.2 million ($20.6 million).
The home, in the upmarket neighbourhood of Encino, was recently snapped up by Russian and German millionaire Anton Zaslavski, a DJ also known as Zedd, according to celebrity real estate website Dirt.
While the nine-bedroom, nine-and-a-half bathroom home garnered a huge sale price, it did sell below Jonas and Turner’s advertised price of $US16.75 million in June.
They bought it for a reported $US14.1 million in 2019 before making some upgrades.
The renovated property has plenty of entertaining spaces inside and outside, a pool, a large kitchen with a bench to seat at least seven people, a home theatre, gym and even a putting green for golf enthusiasts.
It also has a two-storey guest house with retractable walls and, luckily for its new owner, the home features a DJ station with a fog machine, disco lights and a kegerator.
Zedd is now looking to sell his home in the mountains above Beverly Hills. The 32-year-old has listed the home for $US26.5 million.
Jonas and Turner, who welcomed daughter Willa into the world in July last year, have now opted for a life in Miami, Florida, buying a contemporary $US11 million home there.
As well as selling their home, the couple have been busy on projects throughout 2021, with Jonas touring and also starring in a movie about the Korean War, titled Devotion, which is due out next year.
