Joe, on behalf of the vendors, explains that his bedroom is so spacious that he was able to share it with his owners (the main suite).

He basks on the decks during summer and curls up on his own couch in front of the fire in winter. Joe has undertaken some landscaping outside but feels he’s been given no credit.

“About the garden, she, my adoptive mother, spent over 25 years planting, weeding and admiring but did I get any thanks for digging holes and just trying to help?
