They probably don’t need the dollars back in their bank account but married showbiz couple Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin Bieber have put their original Beverly Hills home on the market.

While some celebs just add their property purchases to the pile and build up an impressive portfolio in the process, the Biebers don’t seem to be sentimental about their first home together.

The music phenomenon and his model wife listed their very pretty five-bedroom, seven-bathroom villa, which they only bought 18 months ago, for $12.75 million, Variety reports.

This follows their recent upgrade to a $35.6 million supersized estate on one hectare in the same 90210 postcode, in a guard-gated community known for its enormous mansions and famous residents – current home owners include Sofia Vergara, Denzel Washington, Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Murphy, Rod Stewart, and several members of the Saudi royal family.

While their new digs may have more land, its own tennis court and soccer pitch-sized lawn, their original home was no ugly duckling and had its own claim to fame — the charming 1930s property is set in a quiet cul-de-sac right next door to Jeff Bezos’ $175 million compound.

It had already been completely rebuilt when the Biebers bought it and it seems they simply enjoyed living in it, not having made any notable changes or renovations.

The house itself is chic and beautiful but also has warmth; the interiors are mainly white with oak flooring and timber detailing throughout, which gives the house a soft and welcoming feel.

Lots of full-height windows and french doors fill the house with natural light, while coffered ceilings and vaulted ceilings add character and drama.

The open kitchen has custom cabinetry, marble benchtops and, naturally, high-end appliances.

There are downstairs maids’ quarters and four upstairs family bedrooms, including the lavish main suite, a soundproof movie theatre with tiered seating, an art deco-inspired wine cellar, and a comfy den with views into the backyard with its cabana and swimming pool.
