The musician is said to have bought an 18-bathroom mansion in an exclusive gated community.
Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has set his sights on a lavish Beverly Hills mansion just months after selling his controversial Malibu oceanfront home.
The Tadao Ando-designed home had been gutted by West, a decision that the eventual buyer criticised as “really dumb”.
Now, TMZ reports that West has purchased a Beverly Hills house for $US35 million ($AU52 million).
The villa boasts 11 bedrooms and a whopping 18 bathrooms, and was designed in the early 2000s by architect Richard Landry, who is known for his glitzy celebrity homes.
The home is spread across over 6,000 metres, and sits on nearly seven acres of land.
Previous listing photos show a futuristic mansion clad in white render, with an impressive in-ground pool and tennis court.
Inside, large windows let in plenty of natural light. The walls and cabinetry are decked out in blonde wood, and the kitchen is built from thick slabs of granite.
As well as the outdoor lap pool, the home comes with an additional plunge pool, an indoor spa, a pool house, and cascading waterfalls.
The most recent listing photos are from 2022, and changes may have been made in the meantime.
According to TMZ, Gigi Gharai from Coldwell Banker Real Estate represented the vendor, and Jacob Greene from Douglas Elliman represented West in the sale.
