It might be more humble than your regular celebrity pad, but rapper Kendrick Lamar has listed a house outside Los Angeles where his family lived before moving up in the world.
The home in Eastvale, San Bernadino County, has an asking price of $US800,000 ($A1.06 million), Dirt.com reports.
His parents and younger sister now reportedly live in a $US2.7 million residence in the star-studded neighbourhood of Calabasas, in a guard-gated community, but used to live in the home that’s now up for grabs.
It includes four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms on about 330 square metres of living space spread over two storeys.
There’s a formal dining area, a formal living room, an entertainer’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dual ovens and an upstairs family room.
The backyard has a built-in barbecue, pool and spa.
A sale at its asking price would mark a strong paper gain for Lamar, who paid $US523,400 for the home in 2014, Dirt.com reports.
Lamar himself lives by the sea in the laid-back LA neighbourhood of Manhattan Beach.
