Khloe Kardashian sells California mansion for $US15.5 million: media reports

Reality television star Khloe Kardashian has sold her Los Angeles mansion for $US15.5 million ($A21.63 million), according to media reports, days after snapping up a new home next to her mother Kris Jenner.

Kardashian more than doubled her money after paying $US7.2 million for the home in Calabasas, in an exclusive gated community on the outskirts of LA, Variety reports.

The buyer is cosmetics entrepreneur and YouTuber Dhar Mann, who revealed his purchase on Instagram.

Other celebrities to have owned the home include pop phenomenon Justin Bieber and actor Eddie Murphy’s former wife Nicole Murphy. Neighbours include sister and fellow Keeping up with the Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian.

With six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, the Tuscan-style villa was given a makeover by designers Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez.

It features a guest house, outdoor bar area, fountains, patios for outdoor dining, a pool and spa.

Kardashian recently inked a quiet $US10 million-plus deal with basketball player Tristan Thompson to buy a new home next door to her mother.
