Reality TV queen Kourtney Kardashian has paid $US12 million ($15.56 million) for a brand new California mansion and, like any super influencer, she looks to have wasted no time making the most of its Instagrammable features.
Property records have confirmed the price she paid for the new desert Palm Springs oasis, located in an exclusive gated golf club community at La Quinta, south-east of Los Angeles. Known for its high profile clientele, the Madison Club boasts residents such as Kris Jenner, Cindy Crawford and Apple CEO Tim Cook.
According to the New York Post, the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom contemporary home was newly constructed this year and came fully furnished. Images of the home show pared back but sophisticated interiors in timber and neutral tones, as well as luxurious soft furnishings and a sleek kitchen.
But, it’s what’s outside the house that makes the property really insta-worthy of a Kardashian.
Featuring a sprawling courtyard with a fire pit, the outdoor space gives way to a massive infinity edge pool and stunning views of the Santa Rosa Mountains all framed, of course, by palm trees.
The former Keeping up with the Kardashians star, 42, has already posted some snaps in her new home on Instagram, providing the perfect backdrop for summer shots by the pool.
Spanning more than 9000 square feet and situated on nearly an acre, the property comes with an attached guesthouse.
