Buyers, get ready to sign your autograph on a sale contract alongside some much-loved names in film and television.

In St Kilda East, former McLeod’s Daughters and Neighbours star Brett Tucker – who some 10 years ago stripped for a Cleo centrefold – is selling an oversized unit in tree-lined Hughenden Road.

After the sale, the 43-year old actor, who is about to start filming the fourth season of US drama Mistresses alongside Alyssa Milano – his fictional ex-wife – will base himself permanently in Los Angeles.

In a historic block with just seven flats, Tucker’s renovated apartment includes two bedrooms, separate living and dining rooms, an entrance hall, and a lock-up garage.

Gary Peer & Associates agent Maxine Piekarski is quoting between $500,000 and $550,000.

Popular actor and comedian Shane Jacobson, whose new family flick Oddball has enamoured cinema-goers, is offering up a classic six-bedroom home at 42 Oxford Street, Newport.

The upstairs retreat and study open to a balcony, with city views, and period flourishes have been kept throughout, including decorative fireplaces, ceiling rosettes, and a fretwork verandah.

The Jack Irish star’s home also has a brand new deck for summer drinks, and, we wonder, did he pull on the Kenny overalls and get his hands dirty to have the job done before auction?

Village Real Estate’s Anthony Watson is representing Jacobson, with the home going under the hammer on October 17.
