Sandra Bullock is making headlines, this time in the property world.
The Miss Congeniality actress has listed her Mediterranean-style ranch in Southern California for $US6 million ($9.1 million), as reported by the Los Angeles Times and Dirt.
Situated in the Valley Center region in northern San Diego County, the sprawling estate boasts four bedrooms, six bathrooms and offers stunning mountain and valley views.
It’s understood Bullock purchased the mansion back in 2007 for $US2.7 million ($4.095 million).
Built in 1990, the home has undergone a renovation and exudes Mediterranean-style charm with its white brick façade, stucco roof and beamed ceilings.
Interiors take on a neutral colour palette with whitewashed walls, hardwood floors, white French doors, sleek white cabinetry and plush textiles in beige hues.
Adding to the property’s appeal is the grand, gated driveway, its unique chicken coop, and its proximity to avocado and citrus groves, as well as serene walking paths.
Bullock and her A-list pals would no doubt have luxuriated by the home’s gazebo or the stunning saltwater pool and spa.
There is also room to accommodate guests with a separate three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence.
The listing is by Melissa Russell of Willis Allen Real Estate, Kay O’Hara of HomeSmart Realty West and Alan Long of Avenue 8.
