Located in the Beverly Grove locale and listed through Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Properties, the abode contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

It’s understood Charlize bought the property back in 2000 for approximately $US1.5 million ($2.3 million) and renovated it over the past 22 years.

Built in 1925, the home definitely takes on a Spanish aesthetic with its white stucco exterior and red tiled roof.

It’s described as a “super light and charming casita secured behind gates and tall hedges” on the listing.

Interiors are open and light-filled with high ceilings, whitewashed walls, curved archways, white lattice windows and floorboards.
