Look out Hollywood, pop music icon Madonna is moving back to California after reports she has snapped up singer the Weeknd’s crib for a discounted price of $US19.3 million ($A25 million).
The pop star bought the 315-square-metre estate from the Weeknd after he listed the property in June for an initial asking price of close to $US25 million, according to Dirt.
The Weeknd purchased the new home in 2017 for $US18.2 million, which means he made $US1.1 million from the sale.
The modern farmhouse home is located in the private gated community of Hidden Hills, where most of the Kardashian family live, among many other celebrities.
There are seven bedrooms in the main house as well as two bedrooms in the guest house, enough room for Madonna’s six children and entourage.
There are also nine full bathrooms and two half bathrooms across both houses.
The property also features a family room, a gym, a full-sized basketball court, a media lounge and an office with a black marble fireplace.
Listing pictures also show a zero-edge swimming pool, spa, a cabana and a five-car garage.
This will be the fourth home in the Material Girl’s property portfolio; she already has a residence in London, a penthouse in Manhattan and an acreage farm in Long Island, New York, Vanity Fair reports.
