Fans of Keeping Up with The Kardashians might recognise a Malibu mansion that has hit the market and is scheduled to go under the hammer later this month.

The beachfront property covers 414 square metres and was once rented by the Kardashian clan to film episodes of season 10 of their reality TV show.

The home was first listed for sale for $12.37 million, or for lease for $38,670 a month, in 2018, according to listing records reported by Mansion Global.

It was then re-listed for the same price in February.

The entire family occasionally spent holidays at the property but it reportedly later became where Caitlyn Jenner stayed during the separation from Kris and after their divorce between 2014 and 2015.

Several episodes appear to have been filmed at the beachfront mansion, including the two-parter About Bruce, about her transition to a woman.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom house has an open-plan living space with an entertaining area and a chef’s kitchen.

The recently renovated property also has a entertaining deck with a dining area, barbecue, a hot tub and a pool, according to the listing.

The house was purchased by actress Tiffany Rose and her husband, Jonathan Rose, in 2014 for $8.86 million.

It was then rented to the Kardashians that year, according to Concierge Auctions.
