An abandoned 1940s concrete water tower has been transformed into a $1.8 million masterpiece.
Owner Rob Hunt spent just more than two years renovating the elevated structure, in the historic port town of Bideford in Devon, England, into a contemporary family home.
Living in a caravan on-site, Rob met with architects and structural engineers over a two-year period to ensure his grand visions came to life.
The passionate renovator, who will soon tell his story on British television, has shared a series of photos to Instagram of the incredible DIY project.
He told The Sun, which quoted the value of the unusual property at £1 million ($1.8 million) that he plans to sell it next European summer.
In an Instagram post in December 2019, Rob revealed his grand plans to transform the then empty concrete dome into a three-bedroom, two-bathroom abode with an open-plan top floor.
He has been involved in the renovations since day one, giving it a go with excavation and sandblasting the ceiling.
The interiors are now spectacular with porcelain tiled floors, exposed brickwork, a solid oak staircase and bespoke handrails that match the curves of the original structure.
The ceiling and walls have been painted a shade of matte white, contrasting with the bespoke black front door and streamlined jet-black kitchen.
An industrial yet relaxing aesthetic is evident throughout, with windows offering incredible countryside views.
The main bathroom is certainly luxurious with grey, white and black accents, double vanity units, illuminated mirrors and a statement bathtub.
