The home from the popular Netflix series Cobra Kai has hit the market with a price tag of $US2.65 million ($3.42 million).

The show takes off where the 1984 film Karate Kid left its audiences, and while it is set in California, it is actually filmed in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, where the home is located.

In real life, the property is known as Villa Flora. It has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and is on about 0.4 hectares of land, Mansion Global reports.

According to the listing, the sprawling home has an 848-square-metre floor plan with a Tuscan-style exterior inspired by the original owner’s time on the Amalfi Coast in Italy.

They have not stopped there as the property has been extensively renovated, with several features to accommodate an entertainer’s lifestyle.
