Take a look at the superyacht of your dreams.

Austrian company Migaloo have unveiled designs for their superyacht M5 that is more like an underwater mansion for the ultra rich.

As stated on the company’s website, the M5 is a private superyacht that can be submerged for approximately 4 weeks and host up to 20 guests.

Numerous reports suggest the vessel is worth a jaw-dropping $US2 billion ($AU3 billion).

The M5 is described online as the “future of yachting” and is the creation of Migaloo’s CEO and designer Christian Gumpold.

While design plans have been unveiled on the company website, the owner will be able to customise the interiors.

The designs are simply an “initial source of inspiration” and the buyer will engage in a process that starts with a “comprehensive briefing, development of a General Arrangement plan and initial design indication”.

The vessel has a length of 165.8 metres and occupies 1,000 square metres of luxury interior space, 220 square metres for just the owner, and 900 square metres for the crew.

It can be submerged for approximately 250 metres and host up to 20 guests and 40 crew members.

Safety is at the forefront, with Migaloo teaming up with US company SAFE who offer “beyond military grade protection” for residential properties.

Initial designs for the interiors feature copious amounts of gold and marble, and a futuristic-looking bar with neon lights.

There is an outdoor cinema and plenty of opportunity for water sports with a number of jet skis, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards, along with kitesurfing and diving equipment.

For an extra touch of luxury, the vessel can fit a helipad.
